Today we celebrate the country we are proud to call home and the values that bring us together: diversity, compassion, and community. Canada’s strength has always come from its people and from the many cultures and stories that shape our country. As we celebrate our achievements and reflect on our shared future, we are reminded that our greatest progress comes when we work together. Together, we will continue building a strong and resilient Canada.

As your Member of Parliament, it is a privilege to serve the people of Oakville East, and every day I am reminded why I love Canada so deeply. Whether meeting with families, seniors, youth, or local businesses, I continue  to be inspired by the kindness, resilience, and generosity that define our community. I remain grateful to be your voice in Ottawa.

My very best wishes to you and your loved ones for a joyful and safe Canada Day.

Sincerely yours,

Hon. Anita Anand,
Member of Parliament, Oakville East
